The gastropub has closed.  When it was a local movie theater called Studio One, I watched an original screening of the Beatles movie "A Hard Day's Night."

Remnants of a House on Sunset Boulevard, Elysian Park Adjacent

Heading east on Sunset Boulevard, a northeast lot at Hill Place remained vacant for decades and decades.  These photos were taken circa mid to late 1990s.  The black/white photos were taken from across the street on Stephens Place where the Board of Education building once stood.
